Sunrise Health's Triple-Strength 220 Lecithin Caps

These capsules contain a unique form of Lecithin, concentrating 3 times as much phosphatidylcholine into the same size as traditional lecithin capsules. Each of these 1200 mg capsules contains 35-37% PC, providing approximately 65 mg of pure Choline in its naturally occuring form. 3-4 capsules provide the equivalent of 10 ordinary lecithin capsules or one tablespoon of lecithin granules.
